This week I take a look back at the controversial transfer of Luis Figo from Barcelona to Real Madrid in 2000. After dazzling at Camp Nou for five years Florentino Perez made the sensational promise that he would sign the Portuguese wing wizard from bitter rivals Barca if elected as president by Real's members.
